LJ1 Oil Products 1106 Low-Foam Concentrate is formulated biodegradable surfactants and water soluble solvents specifically for use in automatic scrubbing machines or for other applications where low foam cleaners are required. It is completely soluble in water in all proportions and is equally efficient in hard, soft or cold water. Extreme 1106 contains no soap, and the alkalinity is controlled by a buffering system, which makes it safe in use dilution on all types of flooring.
When applied with either a single-disc or automatic scrubbing machine the detergent foam breaks almost immediately, which facilitates pickup. In automatic scrubbers, the pickup tank will never become foam-clogged when Extreme 1106 is used.
DIRECTIONS FOR USE
AUTOMATIC FLOOR SCRUBBERS & SINGLE-DISC MACHINES: For light soil, use 2 to 4 ounces per gallon; for heavy soil or wax-stripping, use 4 to 8 ounces per gallon.
In most cases, rinsing is eliminated when Extreme 1106 is used. However, when stripping a floor to apply a fresh coat of floor finish, rinsing is the recommended procedure.
LJ1 Oil Products 1106 will not harm rubber machine parts and is non-corrosive.
LJ1 Oil Products 1106 may also be used as a spray-on, wipe-off cleaner, no rinsing required. Removes fingerprints, crayon marks, shoe scuffs, grease and dirt. Effective on painted woodwork, walls, tile, showers, venetian blinds. For routine cleaning, use 2 to 4 ounces per gallon and increase the concentration as required to emulsify heavier soil deposits or accumulations.
